Site Policies
Privacy policy.
A practice built on discretion should be plain about how it handles your information. Here is exactly that — in the same language as the rest of the site.
Information We Collect
What arrives, and how.
If you submit the inquiry form, we receive the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and your message. If you call, email, or text, we receive what you choose to share. Like most websites, the site may also collect basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) through standard server logs and, if enabled, ordinary analytics tools. We do not collect more than the practice needs to respond to you.
How We Use It
To respond, to check conflicts, to schedule.
Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, perform a conflicts check, and schedule a consultation. Contact information is used to reach you by the methods you consented to when submitting the form. We do not use inquiry information for advertising lists, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Who Can See It
A small circle, bound by confidentiality.
Inquiries are reviewed by Aaron Herzberg and office staff who assist with intake, all of whom handle information under professional confidentiality obligations. A small set of service providers — the companies that operate the website, email, and phone systems — process data on our behalf. We do not share your information with third parties for their own use, except as required by law.
A Note on Confidentiality
Discretion is immediate; privilege comes later.
Submitting this form or contacting the office does not create an attorney-client relationship, and information sent before a conflicts check and a written engagement is not protected by the attorney-client privilege — which is why we ask you to hold confidential details until we've spoken. What we can promise from the first moment is discretion: inquiries are handled quietly, by a small office, as a matter of practice.
Retention & Security
Kept as long as needed, protected in transit.
Inquiry records are retained as needed for conflicts-checking and legal-ethics purposes, then disposed of in the ordinary course. The site is served over an encrypted connection. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, however, and email in particular travels networks we don't control — another reason to save sensitive detail for a conversation.
Your Choices & Contact
Questions, corrections, removal.
You may ask what contact information we hold from your inquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us not to contact you further — write to info@denverdivorce.com and we'll honor it promptly. This policy is effective July 2026 and may be updated as the practice or the law requires; the current version will always live at this page.
